Tina M. Krouse

Tina M. Krouse, of 42 Thompson Ave., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017 at the Olean General Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Tina was born May 3, 1962 in Boston, MA and was a daughter of Bernard Guy and Mildred Bliss. She married Michael Krouse, who predeceased her. Tina graduated from Galeton High School in 1979. She worked as a certified Registered Nurse at a Nursing Home before working as a Home Care Nurse, until she became ill about 5 years ago. Tina enjoyed painting, her pets, and she was a published writer, who had written 3 Children's Books. Tina is survived by three children, James E. (Jamie) Runyan of Gaines, PA, Angela M. (Benjamin) Anderton of Dig Island, VA, and Paul E. Runyan of Bradford, PA; seven grandchildren, Lexi, Lily, Wyatt, Marshall, Katherine, Jeremiah, and Judah; four siblings, Mildred (David) Brewer of Tennessee, Sharon Bliss of Bradford, PA, Danny Bliss of Bradford, PA, and Jimmy (Kimberly) Bliss of Genesee, PA; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, Tina was predeceased by four siblings, Gary, Ronald, Guy, and Bernie Bliss. A Memorial Service will be held at the Coudersport Alliance Church, #7 Alliance Ave. on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017 at 11:00 am. The Rev. Joe Gerhart, Assistant Pastor, will officiate.
