Olean- Tiffany Lynn Bilby “Loving Mother, Daughter & Sister”

Tiffany L. Bilby, 43, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished memories.

Tiffany was a talented photographer with a keen eye and a passion for capturing life’s precious moments. But her greatest masterpiece was the love she shared with her son Desmond. She lit up the room with her infectious laughter and playful spirit, always trying to make everyone smile. Her impressive repertoire of impressions included crying like a real baby and mimicking Olive Oil and Baby Bop from Barney & Friends. These quirks, along with her big heart, made her a beloved member of her family and community with her passing we lose a bright light, but her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched.

Tiffany is survived by; her son Desmond E. (Liz) Davis of the OSAF, OK; loving parents, Mom, Denise Stocum of Friendship and Dad, Clyde Bilby of Andover; a brother, Dustin (Nacole) Bilby of Cuba; a sister, Cheyanne Harper of Lockport; 2 special aunts, Lori Stocum and Lena Bilby both of Olean; and a large extended family including her bestfriend and cousin, Nichole Stocum of NC; and several other cousins, nieces and nephews who affectionately knew her as Aunt T.T. and aunt, uncles and friends who called her Tiff.

Tiffany was predeceased by; her grandparents, Ira and Norma Stocum and Woodrow and Helen Bilby, along with 4 cousins, infant William Bilby Jr., Robbie McDonald, infant Clarissa Bilby and infant Robert A. Bilby Jr.

Her family is planning a celebration of life which will be announced via Facebook. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
