Portville- Sandra Lee O’Brien
Sandra L. O’Brien of Highland Ave, formerly of Promised Land Road passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Cuba Memorial.
Sandra was born on July 30, 1940, in Portville and was the daughter of Victor and Ilene Smith Myers.
Sandra loved to dance, play cards, and go to the Portville American legion with her son Barry. She will be remembered as being a kindhearted God first woman.
Sandra is survived by children, Barry O’Brien, Mia O’Brien, and Scott O’Brien, grandchildren: Amber (Kevin) Pascale, Vincent (Jessica) Pascale, Ty (Tamara) Warner, Jared (Nicole) Warner, Sean O’Brien, Austin (Abby) Ferry, Jason O’Brien, great grandchildren, Adelyn Warner, Jackson Warner, Hannah Warner, Lory Pascale, Giovanni Pascale, Vincenzo Pascale, James Pascale, Joe Pascale, Mary Pascale, Nathan Walton, a great granddaughter, Charlie Mae Ferry. She is also survived by her siblings, David (Dee) Myers, Lorna (Randy) James, and Rhonda (Tom) Abbey.
Sandra was predeceased by her parents, a daughter Lory Pascale on July 26, 2000, and three sisters, Donna Foster, Ruby Myers, and Sherry Southward.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1:00pm at Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The Rev. James Kazimer of the Eldred First Church of God will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
