Paul D. Padlo of West Franklin Street passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Olean General Hospital.

Paul was born on May 19, 1963, in Olean, and was the son of Leon J. and Ann Pancio Padlo Sr.

Paul was a 1981 graduate of Olean High School. He attended RIT where he received his degree which allowed him to be certified in NYS as a tool and dye maker. Paul worked for RoCon in Rochester and then Dresser Industries in Olean in the tool design department for several years. He then went to work at CASE Knives in Bradford where he worked for the past 32 years. Paul enojoyed traveling and was a member of the Model T. Ford Club, COCA (Coin Operated Club of America), and Whizzer Motor Bike Club.

Paul is survived by his lifelong partner of over 40 years, Patricia J. Putzke, his brothers Dave E. Padlo of Olean and Leon J. (Kathy) Padlo Jr. of Rochester, a niece, Kelly Beedon, and two nephews, Greg Padlo and Phillip Padlo.

Paul was predeceased by his parents, a sister, Nancy J. Beedon in December of 2024 and a nephew, Alan Padlo in December of 2024.
