Portville- Patricia Ann Larrabee “Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother”
Patricia A. Larrabee, 86, of Barrett Street passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Olean General Hospital.
Patricia was born on August 14, 1939, in Lockport and was the daughter of Anne P. Muniga. On October 12, 1957, at St. John’s Church, she married Merle J. Larrabee who survives.
Patricia was a 1957 graduate of Olean High School. Her pride and joy was her family, she enjoyed all family gatherings and attending their birthday parties. Patricia enjoyed reading, watching soap operas, country music, and going to the Allegany American Legion to dance. She was formerly a member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Portville.
Beside her loving husband Merle, Patricia is survived by her three children, Diane M. (John) Miller of Olean, Karl W. Larrabee and Kathleen A. (Victor) Buck both of Portville, grandchildren; Jason (Mary), Angela (Don), Danielle (Gary), Amber (Don), Josh (Amanda), Nichole (Matt), Emily (Robert), Christopher, Mark (Tasha), Jamie (Robert), Sam, and Becky. Patricia also leaves behind several great grandsons, great great grandchildren, and she is expecting a great granddaughter.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents, an infant daughter, Kimberly Larrabee, a son Merle “Jimmy” Larrabee, two great grandchildren, Liberty Vaughn and Austin Puszcz, and a special friend, Dawn Frazier.
A graveside service will be held at St. Bonaventure Cemetery on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:30pm. The Rev. Dr. Anthony L. Evans will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Portville Fire Department, 5 South Main Street, Portville, NY 14770.
