Patricia was born on May 31, 1933 in Asbury Park, NJ. She was the daughter of the late James Albert and Kathryn Rita Scanlon Martenhoff. Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, John Albert Cappellini. Together they raised 9 children in Massapequa, NY before moving to Cuba in 1971.

Pat enjoyed family get-togethers with her children and grandchildren and loved cooking a big meal when they would visit. Their love for Cuba brought them back to the area in the late 1990’s where Patricia continued to enjoy the outdoors and looked forward to their winter trips to Naples, Fl in her beloved Monte Carlo.
Pat leaves behind a legacy of love in her children, John (Charlotte Martines) Cappellini of Cuba, Alice (Michael) Bresney of Altamont, Kathryn (Kevin) Clark of Fairport, Ellen Frost of Bellefonte, PA, James (Cheryl) Cappellini of Falmouth, MA, Susan (George) Garaeu of Naples, FL, Albert (Betsy Bonvissuto) Cappellini of Amherst, Thomas (Katie) Cappellini of Sylvania, OH, and Daniel Cappellini (Heather Roberts) of Leavenworth, WA, 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
