Bradford- Loretta Anne Bouquin Champagne

 Loretta A. Champagne, 89 of Chapel Ridge formerly of Olean passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024 at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.

 Anne was born December 18, 1934 in Bradford, PA and was the daughter of Clarence “Bud” Sherrick, Sr. and Mary Alice Wolbert. She was the late wife of Donald G. Bouquin and then the late Gerard J. Champagne.

 Anne graduated from St. Bernard’s in Bradford, PA in 1953. She went on to work for Airco Spears for 14 years until she moved to Olean where she retired from Stroehmann’s in 1992 to pursue her passion for helping people by volunteering for Hospice and being a devoted member of her church. Anne loved being around her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She said it was what kept her youthful. 

 Anne is survived by; 7 children, Donald J. (Anne) Bouquin of Bradford, PA, Beth L. Bouquin of Naples, FL, George C. (Sarah) Bouquin of Monahans, TX, Linda S. (Vincent) Sabellico, Jr. of Ocala, FL, Christine A. (Tom) Bredwell of Tucson, AZ, Cheryl A. Siebers of Austin, TX and Gordon J. Champagne of Middlebury, IN; 9 grandchildren, Kate, Samantha, Elizabeth, Melanie, PJ, Lyndsey, Jeremy, Christopher, and Jennifer; several great grandchildren; brothers, Edwin “Ted” Sherrick of Bradford, PA, Clarence “Bud” Sherrick, Jr., of Las Vegas, NV and Raymond Sherrick of Tucson, AZ.

 Along with her parents, Anne was predeceased by; a sister, Jeneanne Wolfel and a brother, Steven Sherrick.
