Linda Prevesk

Linda Prevesk, 68, of Colonial Village, went home to join the rest of her family in peace on January 28, 2017 at the Wellsville Manor. She was born January 9, 1949 in Olean, NY, the daughter of Joseph Charles and Clara Dower Prevesk, Sr. Linda was a graduate of Olean High School and a lifelong resident of Olean. Her father Joe was a renowned musical figure in the area. She was loved by her many nephews and nieces and in turn loved her many friends and fellow associates at the Seneca Allegany Casino where she worked for a number of years. Linda is survived by a sister-in-law, Maureen Nelson; five nieces, Susie Adams, Christine Suess Prevesk, Terri Ludovicy, Wendy Hunter and Peggy Darling; five nephews, Steven Prevesk, Ronald E. (Skip) Prevesk, Ronald Joseph Prevesk, William Prevesk and Robert Prevesk. Linda was predeceased by two brothers, Ronald Joseph and Joseph Charles Prevesk; her niece, Kim Wiltsie; and ner nephew, Byron Anthony (Tony) Prevesk. Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State St., Olean, on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
