Olean – Jerry J. Peters Sr. "Loving Father & Brother" Jerry J. Peters Sr. of 554 Martha Ave passed away on Monday December 13th, 2021, at Olean General Hospital. Jerry was born on October 21st, 1962, in Mobile, Alabama, and was the son of James and Norma Wren Peters. On August 28, 1989 in Kansas City Missouri, he married his loving wife Patricia L. Ballard who survives. Jerry attended Franklinville High School. He worked at a couple places including being a CNA at a hospital in Kansas City as well as being a Custodian there. Jerry also worked in the factory of Prestolight in Arcade before becoming disabled in 2006. Jerry loved watching the Buffalo Bills, playing pool, and chess. Along with his loving wife, Patricia, Jerry is survived by; 2 sons: Joshua A. Peters and Jerry J. Peters, both of Olean, 5 siblings, James Peters, Lisa Faulkner, Judy Wilson, Arhena Dean, half-brother Jimmy Peters, and half sister Candy Peters, and several nieces and nephews. Jerry was predeceased by his mother Norma Wren. Friends will be received on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
