Franklin J. Miller Jr of Reed Street passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Olean General Hospital.

Franklin was born on February 20, 1985, in Olean at St. Francis Hospital and was the son of Joseph W. Cindy Hess Miller. He was raised by his grandparents, Franklin and Rose Miller of Portville. On June 30, 2012, he married Ashly N. Dann who survives.

Franklin was a 2003 graduate of Olean High School. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, going on long walks with Kenny, listening to music, watching videos and wrestling. He enjoyed anything outdoors. Franklin would give you the shirt off his back and would make anyone smile.

Franklin is survived by his son, Noah Joseph Michael Miller, his siblings: Steven L. (Tera) Henderson of Santa Fe, TX, Stacy M. Henderson of Dickinson, TX., Amy Rose (Guillermo) Molina of New Braunfels, TX., Brooke M. (Brook) Jackson of West Seneca, James H. Green of New Braunfels, TX., Shyanne A. Ortega of Titusville, FL, Tayler R. Rodgers of Olean, Airamis J. Miller of New Braunfels, TX., Emily (Joshua) Wetli of Angola, IN., and Journey C. Miller of Portville, Chris Brown who was like a brother, many cousins, nieces and nephews including Phoebe, Wyatt, Pyper, Jazper, Charlie Brown, Joseph, and Poseidon, great nephew Remmington, his step mom, Amy Ortega Miller of Portville, an aunt, Vietta R. Miller Brown of Olean, and an uncle, Brian A. Walker of Little Valley.

Franklin was predeceased by his father on November 22, 2022, and infant sister Airika J. Miller on March 16, 2001, and his grandparents, Franklin and Rose Miller.

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean on Thursday, May1, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at which time a memorial service will be held. The Rev. Steven Beattie will officiate. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
