Belmont- Dolores Blanch Torpey (Anthony) “Loving Mother & Grandmother”

Dolores Blanch Torpey (Anthony), 93, of Belmont NY, passed away surrounded by her family on 27 October 2025.

Born November 3, 1932, in Bradford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bertha McCarty and Leslie Anthony.

On 12 May 1979 in Cuba, NY, she married Charles E. Torpey, who passed away on October 28, 2007.

Mrs. Torpey attended schools in Cuba, NY and had worked as a Nurses Aide at the Cuba Memorial Hospital and later for Jan and Bev’s Homecare.

She is survived by a daughter, Denise Ross of Belmont NY; a son and daughter in law, Leslie & Linda Kameck of Cuba NY; 5 grandchildren, Michael Ross, Steven Ross, Michael Kameck, Jeremy Kameck, Mellisa Hayward and 7 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son Douglas Kameck and granddaughter Marsha Kameck.

Friends will be received on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, 24 Genesee Pkwy Cuba. A Graveside Committal Service will follow at 2:00pm at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The Rev. Mark Chapman, Pastor of Allegany Baptist Church will officiate.
