Olean- Cynthia Lynn Winter “Loving Wife & Aunt”

Cynthia L. Winter of South 5th Street passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

Cynthia was born on May 12, 1959, in Olean and was the daughter of John and Ethelyn Howard Mullen. In late March of 1984, in Allegany she married Paul M. Winter, who survives.

Cynthia was a 1977 graduate of Olean High School. She was a 1979 graduate of SUNY Utica in Rome, earning an associate’s in applied science in Marketing. Cynthia continued her education and received a bachelor’s degree in business management around 1981from Alfred State College. Following her education she began working for Easter Seals for a short time. Cynthia worked for 14 years as an assistant national administrative manager and a data processing supervisor for Vector Marketing at ALCAS. For the past 18 years she worked at Myers Custom Electronic where she was the office manager. Cythnia attended the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels.

Cynthia is survived by her loving husband, Paul; a brother in law, Raymond L. Winter of Orange County, CA and her three nieces, Jessica, Amylynn and Rachel Skavla, all of Long Island, and her best friend, Patty Jobe of Olean.

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., on Monday, December 8, 2025 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at which time funeral services will be held. The Rev.
