Craig S. Foster passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

 

Craig was born on May 2, 1959, in Buffalo and was the son of Bruce W. and Dora A. Smith Foster.

 

Craig was a 1977 graduate of McKinley High School. He began working at Mokon in Buffalo where he made temperature control units. Craig retired from Mokon in about 2007 after working with them for about 30 years. He enjoyed going to the Black Diamond Hawk Golf Club for dinner. Craig also enjoyed boating, fishing & hunting, driving his classic car and making things out of wood and metal, an avid Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan. Most of all he loved barbequing and cooking on his grill.

 

Craig is survived by his life companion, Mary Leibmann, with whom he lived, his stepdaughter, Amy Wylie and her children; Erin Wylie, Miranda Hakes and Peyton Hakes, two brothers; Bruce W. Foster of Olean and Bryon D. (Rose) Foster of Clarence and several nieces and nephews.

Craig was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Cathy Hall.

There will be no public services and a private burial will take place in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
