Allegany- Christopher Warters “Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather”

Christopher Warters of 3421 Five Mile Road, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Buffalo General Hospital surrounded by his family.

Christopher was born on February 18, 1962 in Olean and was the son of Donald J. “Archie” and Mary Alice Hensel Warters.  On September 21, 1985 he married his loving wife of 37 years Kristine Evens who survives.

Christopher worked at Cutco in Olean for over 20 years.

Christopher was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.  He enjoyed watching Turner movie classics and the Voice.  Christopher loved the Beatles and classic rock music but most of all he loved taking Stewie the family dog for rides on the lawn mower.

Along with is loving wife Kristine, Christopher is survived by; his mother, Mary Warters of Allegany; 2 daughters, Amanda (Mike) Warters-Boldt and Megan Warters both of Allegany; a grandson, Logan; 2 siblings, Stephen Warters of Florida and Scott Warters of Portville and many nieces, nephews, and special friends.

Christopher was predeceased by his father.

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at which time a funeral service will be held.  Burial will be in the Five Mile Cemetery, Allegany, New York.
