Christina S. Bailey,48, of Olean passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2025.

Christina was born January 5, 1978 in Olean.

Christina was a woman of deep strength, quiet resilience, and unwavering love for her family. Throughout her life, she faced many hardships and personal struggles, yet she continued to show kindness to others and held tightly to her faith in God. Her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, free from the burdens she fought and carried quietly, and resting in the arms of the Lord she believed in.

Christina was a devoted and loving mother to Brittany (Anthony M.) Gatto of Ripley, John (Elizabeth F.) Vail of Olean, Alexis (Brandon O.) Reska of Allegany, and Austin Bailey. Her greatest joy in life was being “Mom” and “Nana.” She cherished every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren, Scarlet, Jaxtyn, Alyson, and Maddox, who brought light and laughter into her life. Time together, whether listening to music, sharing stories, or simply being present with one another, meant everything to her. She was greeted in heaven by her dog, Kita.

Christina loved the beach and the warmth of the sun on her face. Those peaceful, sunlit moments reflected the warmth she carried in her heart for her family. She will be remembered for her beautiful spirit, her strength through the hard times, and the deep love she gave so freely.

Though her time here was far too short, her love and faith will continue to live on through her children and grandchildren.
