Smethport- Cheryl Ann Bullard

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Cheryl

Ann Bullard, on July 10, 2025. She departed peacefully, surrounded by family, at Olean

General Hospital in Olean, Ny.

Born on March 1,1956 in Stillwater, OK., Cheri was the cherished daughter of Barbara J.

Cook and Robert G. Maddox, stepfather David A. Cook and a beloved sister to Debi Leone

of Albany, NY and Tricia Larson of Hollister, Mo. She grew up in Grand Island, Ny, where she

developed a lifelong love for animals and helping people.

Cheri dedicated her life to her family. She was a caring and devoted mother to Paul

Maddox, Kimberly Bullard, Christopher Bullard, and a loving grandmother to Santana

Maddox.

She is survived by her children, granddaughter and sisters, who will forever treasure her

gentle spirit, and her generous and tender heart.

Cheri was preceded in death by her mother Barabara J. Cook (2-22-23) stepfather David A. Cook (3-4-23) and Father Robert G. Maddox (10-13-92)

Throughout her life, Cheri was known for her compassion, strength, and kindness. She

touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her legacy of love and generosity will live on in all

who had the privilege of knowing her.

Our hearts are heavy, but we find comfort in the memories we shared and the love she gave

so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
