Olean- Bonita Kay Pascucci “Exceptional Mother, Grandmother & Sister”

Bonita K. Pascucci of East Highland Ave passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Olean General Hospital following an illness.

Bonita was born on October 23, 1944, in Olean and was the daughter of Fred O. and Hattie E. Radar Gross. On March 2, 1968, in Allegany, she married James P. Pascucci who predeceased her on January 7, 2014.

Bonita was 1963 graduate of Cuba High School. She was an employee at AVX in Olean for a period of time before going to work at ALCAS for 23 years until her retirement in 1999. Bonita enjoyed playing BINGO, crocheting, and baking. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.

Bonita is survived by her son; David O. Pascucci and her daughter; Tamara Pascucci both of Olean, a stepson, Rick (Jackie) Howard of Troy, MI., six grandchildren, Dakota, Katlyn, Bayli, Jaggar, Xander, and Justin, siblings; Anne M. Colicchio of Gray Eagle, CA., Debbie J. Hemphill of Olean, Cindy J. (Larry) Johnston of Allegany, Fred Gross Jr. of West Clarksville, Peter “Joe” (Gloria) Gross of Cuba, and Mark A. (Rhonda) Gross of Cuba.

Bonita was predeceased by her loving husband, James, her parents, and four brothers, Ronald Sr., Douglas, George, and James Gross.
