Olean- Alan Keith Haight Sr. “Loving Father, Grandfather & Brother”

Alan K. Haight Sr. of Paige Road passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Buffalo General Hospital.

Alan was born on January 15, 1959, in Olean, and was the son of Oscar G. and Mabel R. Roberson Haight. He was formerly married to Tamara Maurouard.

Alan was a 1977 graduate of Olean High School. He worked at Buffalo Crushed Stone in Machias as a heavy equipment operator. Alan was a bartender throughout his life; he was also a floor specialist for Clair Anderson Rentals as well as maintenance. Most of all, Alan loved his family, friends, being outdoors, and shooting his long guns.

Alan is survived by his three children, Kristy L. (Francis) Skiver of Erie, PA., Alan K. (Amber Willard) Haight Jr of Olean, and Dustin Wilson of Olean, six grandchildren, Alan K, Tyler, Kody, Kurtis, Skyler, and Kayla, and his four siblings, Carol Haight of Olean, Janice Herron of Syracuse, Brenda Nolder of New Bern, NC., and Donald Haight of FL.

Alan was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Stanley Haight.
